What Our Priorities Are and How We Are Doing

The Annual General Meeting is held every May, usually on the first Tuesday. The meeting is open to all residents of the Parish. The date of the meeting is posted on the Parish Council notice board at least three working days before the meeting. An official paper copy of the approved minutes of any previous meeting may be obtained from the Parish Clerk (these will exclude information that is properly regarded as private to the meeting). Cost £6.00 each.

 

How We Make Decisions

Council meetings take place bi-monthly, usually on the first Tuesday of January, March, May, July, September and November. Meetings are open to all residents of the Parish. Dates of meetings, together with the Agenda are posted on the Parish Council notice board at least 3 workdays before the meeting. An official paper copy of the approved minutes of any previous meeting may be obtained from the Parish Clerk (these will exclude information that is properly regarded as private to the meeting). Cost £6.00 each.
